About ChiroPay

My wife and I have owned a chiropractic practice for many years. While she is the chiropractor, I have been in the credit card processing industry and after 10 years of working for two of the largest processors in the nation we decided to start ChiroPay Merchant Services.

  • The patient will receive a 3.75% discount if they pay cash.

Keep in mind I can also integrate with any EHR software, but it has to be open to working with me. Many software companies in the chiropractic industry are closed and only work with specific processors. In turn, they will charge more for the service because they are the only ones allowed to integrate.

FAQs

How long does it take to get started?

The process from initial contact with me to being able to process cards should take about 3-5 business days and will only take you about 15-20 minutes. I email step-by-step instructions to insure a smooth transition.

Why do you need to see my statement?

The processing industry has a lot of rates and fees and many different programs. The only way for me to show you how my program compares to yours accurately is to see a statement. Some processors are hiding rates and fees in other areas of your statement so you can't see it. It is my job to analyze the statement and prove to you how my program will benefit your practice.

How long does it take to get my funds transferred to my checking account?

We do offer next day funding as long as you meet the required batch times.

Do you integrate with my EHR software?

I can offer programs that will integrate with your EHR system but with the added cost, in most cases it is better to process outside the system.

What if I am in a contract with my current processor?

If you are in a contract with your current processor we have a couple options. You can break a contract with a penalty and I may be able to save you enough on your processing fees to make that up pretty quickly. Another option is to let the account stay open until the contract is up but you would process under my program.

What is PCI compliance?

PCI compliance is a security standard in the processing industry. Any business that is processing payments is required to complete an annual compliance survey or you can be fined by the major card brands. It is a very important part of keeping your business safe.
